Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm
Free parking on Weekends and Holidays

Fines:
Parking Ticket $5.00 (fine doubles if unpaid in 24 hours)
Severe Parking Violations $20.00
Violations of Handicap Parking $100.00

Fines are payable by cash or check (made payable to the City of Charles Town).  Deposit all parking fines in the red box located in front of the Police Department at 114 West Liberty Street.

Permits:
Permits are sold by the City of Charles Town for $100.00 per vehicle per year.  Prices may be prorated by month based on a fiscal year calendar (July 1st to June 30th).
