The Charles Town Police Department Criminal Investigative Division is a detective division that consists of three criminal investigators. 

These officers investigate major crimes, follow up on investigations that begin in the patrol division and also participate on various federal task forces. 

Their focus is public safety thru the apprehension of criminals that require long term efforts.
