Completed Explorer Post 254 Applications and Bylaws signature forms can be returned to the Charles Town Police Department or brought to a regularly scheduled Explorer meeting.  Explorer Post 254 meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month from 7 - 8 pm at the 9th Grade Complex.  The cost is $10.70 per calendar year and must be turned in with your application. (The fee will be returned if your application is denied for any reason).  For all applicants age 14 to 17, a parent or legal guardian, in addition to the applicant, must sign page 7 and 8 of the Explorer Post application and the last page of the Bylaws.
