The Parking Enforcement Officer’s activities include, but are not limited to, enforcement of time zones, expired meters, loading zones, no parking zones, handicapped parking areas, improper manner of parking, etc.

The Parking Enforcement Division parking enforcement is conducted Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  The Parking Enforcement Officer can be contacted via email at clewis@charlestownwv.us or call (304) 725-2714 (EXT. 3263).

If you need to reserve parking spaces during parking hours, please print and complete the Temporary No Parking Request Form and bring it to the Police Department to be reviewed and signed by the Chief of Police.
